*Figure reflects the average annual Gross Revenues for 111 of the 131 franchised Bonchon restaurants in the system that were in operation from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 (each a “Mature Restaurant”), as published in Item 19 of Franchise Disclosure Document dated March 5, 2024. Of these 111 Mature Restaurants, 47 (42%) met or exceeded the 2023 yearly average Gross Revenues during the reported period, with the highest Gross Revenues earned being $4,011,620 and the lowest Gross Revenues earned being $488,533. The financial performance representation contained in Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document dated March 5, 2024 also includes the average and median annual Gross Revenues information for our Mature Restaurants in operation in the United States during the 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 fiscal years.
