Passion. Success. Chicken.
Born in Busan, South Korea in 2002 by Jinduk Seo, Bonchon "My Hometown" in Korean is the passion of Mr. Seo who dreamt of sharing the favorite flavors of his hometown with the world. For two years, Mr. Seo obsessively perfected Bonchon’s signature sauces and fried chicken. He brought the brand to NYC in 2006 and as he put it "When police were dispatched to manage traffic around the new restaurant, I knew we had a winning formula."
