HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPEN A BONCHON FRANCHISE?

The initial franchise fee for each Bonchon store is $35,000.

  • Continuing Royalty Fee: 5%
  • Continuing System Ad Fund Fee: up to 4%

The total investment varies based on multiple factors, including real estate, design, & construction etc. The total investment range is delineated in the Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”) that we provide to you.

Potential franchisees must be capable of meeting financial requirements*:

  • Minimum Liquid Assets of $500,000
  • Minimum Net Worth of $1,000,000

*Based on a 3-unit area development agreement.

**Figure reflects the average annual Gross Revenues for 1 Dine-In Restaurants, as of December 31, 2024, there were 104 Mature Franchised Dine-In Restaurants. Of these 104 Mature Franchised Dine-In Restaurants, 41 (or 39%) met or exceeded the Average Annual Gross Revenues, with the highest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $3,737,313 and the lowest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $499,151. 2 Fast Casual Restaurants, as of December 31, 2024, there were 15 Mature Franchised Fast Casual Restaurants. Of these 15 Mature Franchised Fast Casual Restaurants, 9 (or 60%) met or exceeded the Average Annual Gross Revenues, with the highest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $2,089,853 and the lowest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $407,243. 3 Remote Kitchen Restaurants, as of December 31, 2024, there were 2 Mature Franchised Remote Kitchen Restaurants. Of these 2 Mature Franchised Remote Kitchen Restaurants, 1 (or 50%) met or exceeded the Average Annual Gross Revenues, with the highest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $1,049,155 and the lowest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $308,574. 4 Delivery and Carryout Only Restaurants, as of December 31, 2024, there were 2 Mature Franchised Delivery and Carryout Only Restaurants. Of these 2 Mature Franchised Delivery and Carryout Restaurants, 1 (or 50%) met or exceeded the Average Annual Gross Revenues, with the highest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $859,466 and the lowest Annual Gross Revenues earned being $669,404.
