WHAT IF I WANT TO OWN MULTIPLE
BONCHON LOCATIONS?

Under the Area Development Agreement, when signing to
develop 2 or
more stores, the developer will receive exclusive
rights to the territory.
There is a non-refundable development
deposit fee of $10,000 for each
subsequent store after the first
store to develop owed at the time of
signing the Agreement.
The developer will be required to sign a separate
Franchise
Agreement for each store.
